By accessing or using the Peekabl platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Peekabl is a virtual tourism platform that connects hosts (hosts) with travelers (tourists) through live-streamed tours. We provide the technology platform that enables these connections but do not ourselves provide host services.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the content they stream and must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Hosts must not stream inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.
5. Tourist Responsibilities
Tourists must treat hosts with respect and follow community guidelines during live tours. Abusive or disruptive behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies are subject to the specific tour listing and any applicable subscription plans. Peekabl reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Peekabl platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Peekabl or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Peekabl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
